[Philmont] Campfires

According to Will McAdoo, Ranger from Troop 129, Alexandria VA, as of
Tuesday: "As of right now Philmont has been getting pounded with rain,
and water is running without a problem, so a pump isn't necessary. Also,
with it being so wet, it means the fire ban is lifted and we're allowed
to have fires (although that can change at a day's notice it seems)."
 
If you see Ranger Will, ask him to tell you about Abreu root beer. We
will see him on July 8.
