I've repaired the broken menu links.
Fortunately, copies of many defunct Web pages are in the
Wayback system of the Internet Archive.

(I'd appreciate it if you'd post this repair notice.
For some reason the Philmont mailing list refuses to accept
my postings although it's happy to send messages to me.)
