I agree with John about the Eureka Timberline tents. We have used them
for years and they are workhorses. We have used them as our Troop's
regular camping tents and for backpacking. We took them to Philmont
one year and they performed well.
What I don't understand is why Eureka can't make any other decent
tents. Their dome tents don't keep out the rain and don't breathe.
Their backpacking tent, the Zeus Exo doesn't breathe and leaks badly in
a hard rain.
