Philmont sells some of their tents every year after they have been
retired. Yeah, some of them are in pretty sad shape, but I managed to
get a pretty decent one for about $20. I figure its a cheap tent I can
use when the troop goes car camping. That and I can just use the fly
when I go on solo trips. Philmont doesn't want you to use just the fly
when you are at Philmont, so don't get any ideas.
