  I admire the creativity of some crews in creating a slogan or motto for
their experience, often displayed on a crew T shirt.

  A couple that I (sort of) remember from last year (liberal paraphrases):

  I hiked 'till my heart raced and my muscles burned,
  And then I hiked some more.
