[Philmont]: Drought Predictions at Philmont

Over the years one of the biggest issues has been that of drought. The
long term drought conditions cause bears to descend to the human area due
to lack of natural foods. The other impact is on fire danger and
subsequent impacts on fires and cooking. Below is a web link you might
