Follow the links at the bottom of the page and it will take you state
links. I don't know what county live in but there is a link to Kansas and
will then take you into a county by county breakdown that will in turn give
you a summary with departure from normal.
As to the sources of the data, the links on the page are fairly
comprehensive. As you get into them there are NOAA, state, multiple
university, aviation etc sources.
