On all the new Philmont maps (as of 2000), Ponderosa Park is labeled, on
both the central sectional on the overall map. It is located about 1/4
(LOS), 1/2 mile (trail) distance when using the scale on the sectional map.
Nice, but crowded camp. A little more scenic and some great views from the
edge of one campsite (# 4 maybe?).
Just some FYI there about it being on the maps.
