What we did was as follows. We went on the food pickups with our sister
crew. 2 boys and 2 adults. This left each each crew with two remaining
adult advisors. I know this would not work for every crew as on every crew
has 3 adults and not every crew has a sister crew that would be available.

This procedure may have changed, but when we were there it was at least 4
people per group, but 2 deep leadership wasn't included. FWIW, if a crew
only
has two or three adult leaders, then the whole crew would in fact have to
go
under the procedure David described since there would not be 2 deep
leadership
with the other group.
