[Philmont]: Camp Behaviors

We just completed our first training hike & noted a couple of practical questions on how to camp the Philmont way:
- does Philmont allow single-person tents (not bivvies)? This would be an adult option, since we have an odd number of advisors.
- how does one go to bed with reasonable amounts of warm clothing? The bearmuda triangle rules seem to prohibit taking a jacket to bed.
- are pee-bottles allowed to be kept (and used) in the tents? again, an adult option for us bladder-challenged old guys.
