I made a trip to the Thorlo factory outlet last week and purchased their
Coolmax liner socks. The package states "For longer product life,
maximum protection and comfort, wash and dry using liquid fabric softer
after each use to lubricate the fibers for longer life."
Not sure how this would apply to shirts made from the same fibers. Best
reason I have heard for not using fabric softener is to eliminate odors
that might attract certain large four legged creatures.
