ok, I've got something rather crude up at http://www.troop-259.org/philmont/
the browse page is LONG and unsorted. I thought about making it easier to
navigate, but I don't really want to be the web-interface for the list.
that's what subscriptions are for. I plan to make the articles easier to
navigate once you've done the initial search, but that may take a while
since I'm doing this in my copious amounts of spare time. :)

for those of you who are impatient.

I don't have all the articles either, but I'm working on that. So
DONT mail them all to me please.
