I have the same GPS myself.
The Garmin MapSource Topo software has topo maps for the Philmont area and shows a few of the camps and trails but is not complete enough to be particularly useful for navigation on a trek. Remember that at Philmont (unless you're in the Valle Vidal) all your hiking is on established trails, and navigation consists of deciding which way to turn when you come to a junction.
I believe that Seldon Ball has as one or more links to coordinates for all the Philmont camps on his web site.
I probably won't take the GPS on my next trek; in my opinion you're better off with a set of Philmaps and a good old fashioned compass.
