[Philmont]: Off-Topic - Eagle Light Box?

This is a query better suited for Scouts-L, but since this is the only
list-server I currently subscribe to, I hope you'll forgive the
off-topic post. I need some help here.

Many of you have seen or used an "Eagle Light Box" as an accoutrement to
an Eagle Scout Induction Ceremony. These are fairly large boxes, about
3 feet wide, 4.5 feet tall, and 1 foot deep, that have a large icon of
the Eagle medal as the "front" (glass or plexiglass) panel. Individual
lights (controlled by a simple electronics box) inside the box
illuminate sections of the medal in different colors as a "Voice of the
Eagle" spiel is read. It makes for an impressive ceremony.

Our Council recently lost its last box, which was dropped (badly) after
a ceremony. There are a few more boxes in private/District hands, but
the three Council boxes (that were available to everyone) are now all
history. I was told that these boxes are made from a kit, and have
offered to purchase 4 such kits for the Council. I have over a dozen
Scouter volunteers from all around the Council ready and eager to
assemble them.

However, now that I have made the offer, no-one seems to have any idea
who offers these kits. I have looked through both recent and 15 year
old Scouting and Boy's Life Magazines, with no luck, and a Google search
with appropriate search terms also came up zilch.

So now I'm asking here. Anyone have any leads on these things? Note
that I HAVE to believe that there must be SOME kind of a kit, because
the half-dozen or so I have seen in my Scouting career all pretty much
look the same.
