Two things not to miss in Taos.
First the Taos Pueblo. Pay the entrance fee, buy a couple of drum beat tapes
and eat some fry bread in Americas oldest continuously occupied "apartment
complex".
Second, go to Southwest Drum and Moccasin in the main part of town and try
not to buy something.
Taos is a unique place. There is no other place like it anywhere. Soak it
in.
