[Philmont]: 2003 Treks book

So don't keep us in suspense! How many changes over 2002? I've been
checking with council; since we are contingent crews, the books are supposed
to be delivered there...but they aren't in yet. I could have really used
them this weekend as we are having a shakedown backpack and we could have
made our selection!!
