I have ordered many things from Sportsman's Guide over the years. Their
service is excellent and their prices usually can't be beat. The quality of
their items can vary, as they run the gamut from military surplus; to first
quality manufacturer overruns, seconds and discontinued items; to their own
house brand merchandise. Their house brand merchandise "Guide Gear" can be a
bit flimsy at times, so it depends on what you're buying and how reliable you
need it to be. I'd be unsure about a "Guide Gear" sleeping bag, though I'd
have no qualms about "Guide Gear" moccasins around the campsite.
