Yes, you can buy Philmont trail meals in the off-season for your shakedown
hikes. We purchased meals for all 7 of our prep hikes for 2 crews. They
told us when we ordered in October that many of the more popular meals could
be out of stock by Christmas. So I'm not sure what they have in inventory
now.

Pat Adams is a very reliable contact in the Philmont Commissary. You can
