[Philmont]: TREKS packets

FYI - I just called Philmont to inquire about when the 2004 TREKS books are
being mailed and I was told that they went out yesterday and today, so they
should start hitting mailboxes tomorrow. They usually mail the ones that
have the furthest distance to travel (i..e, the east coast) first so that
they all generally arrive at about the same time.
