I seem to remember that Walking Wood Badge was eliminated in the mid 90s.
I know it was still being held at Zastrow in 1989 as my crew passed
through Zastrow while a course was being held.

Zastrow was used for regular Wood Badge courses until the new WB course
was introduced. I believe Zastrow was last used for WB in 2001.
Currently, Philmont Wood Badge courses are held at the Philmont Training
Center and at the Rocky Mountain Scout Camp after NJLIC is complete.

My understanding is that any BSA council can sponsor a Wood Badge Course
at Philmont but Circle Ten seems to be the only council doing that since
the new WB course was introduced.
