I saw the display on the fire this past summer. It is excellent and
more than worth the half-hour or so it takes to view it.
I've been dreaming of Simple Simon's calzone! I'm thinking of driving
my son back to Philmont again this summer, just to eat there in
Cimarron. I highly recommend the pizza, but especially the calzone
there. Fair warning though. You'll crave it when you are 1,000 miles away!
