My oldest son who is now 20 did this by:
Council Contingent- 1998 ( he was 14)
Council Contingent- 2000 ( 16 years old)
OA Trail Crew- 2001 ( 17 yrs old)
Troop Contingent- 2002 ( 18 yrs old)
Troop Contingent- 2004 ( 20 years old)
The key for a youth to go to Philmont multiple times is to take advantage of
Council and Troop opportunities. In addition Philmont has numerous
opportunities such as OA Trail Crew, Rayado, etc.
