The council contingent package for Chief Seattle Council did not arrive at
the council service center until yesterday (Tuesday). I've been tracking
with interest and some concern how many crews received their packets a week
earlier, sent their cards in by regular mail, and have already been
confirmed. So I guess I'll send my card in FedEx just to improve the odds
of getting one of our top choices.

Packages arrived at our council office on Friday (western suburbs of
Chicago), cards in the fed-ex envelope Friday early PM.
