I have been told that there is no exception for an adult. You either make
the height/weight or you go home.
I have heard conflicting stories about youth. Some might remember last year
some threads about heart attacks, etc. and how Philmont medical strictly
enforced the height and weight requirements. I'm beginning my diet now.

Subject: [Philmont]: Height & Weight
I have been monitoring the emails very closely and I have gained I lot of
very useful info. So my questions, oh wise ones, are these:
1) How close to max weights can an adult be? 220 on scale--214 by chart
2) Shoes on or off at weigh in?
3) How about a youth 5lbs under the min.
Many thanks and keep all info flowing.
