Not too often I get thanked for telling people to lose weight and get in
shape....
PTC attendees do not have to meet the height and weight guidelines as
trekkers, because they are not trekking. They have simpler medical
forms with far less stringent requirements (which you should soon
receive). As I have never been to PTC, I will pass on trying to provide
specifics - however, I'm sure others on this list will do so.
