Always make my own. NOLS Wilderness First Aid book, plus many
others give you a good list of things to include when you are more
than an hour from the Emergency Room.

Has anyone found a good first aid kit that has the stuff a crew
needs? You
know, well organized, the right stuff, light, no extra junk.
