[Philmont]: crew shirts

Please pardon a request from a lurker/Philmont newbie. We're taking a novice crew to Philmont this summer from Troop 1 in Waterloo, Iowa. In my short time on the list I have seen some mention of getting custom screened/embroidered T-shirts for individual crews. Lacking in any artisitic talent, I would greatly appreicate it if any of you who have done this could send me pictures of your shirts to give us some ideas (we won't copy, honest). Thanks.
