For those of us artistically challenged, using the Philmont logos
(available on the web, look in Selden's page for pointers, try
http://clipart.usscouts.org/library/BSA_High_Adventure/Philmont_Scout_Reserv
ation/),
is the easy out. I asked Philmont about using things like the
arrow head and was told that if you have a crew going, they may
freely use their logos and artwork.
Our crew last year used the arrowhead with our troop number,
city, state, and crew number below it. We got two shirts per
crew member.
Krelman.com gave us a great deal on embroidered wicking shirts,
and they performed admirably on the trail.
It also is a good gift to give to your ranger(s), so make
some extras.
