RE: [Philmont]: Re: Philmont Ghost Patch

I believe that the white felt BULL was worn by women who had attended
Philmont in the early years of female leaders. Eventually, women were able
to wear the black felt BULL.

Is this the "patch" you are refering to??
Others will probably know more about this than me.................
