Okay, here is what I found. There is a reference to a "triple crown" award
created by the N.T. alumni association for participants in all three high
adventure bases, according to this link http://www.holry.org/reflv7n1.html
at the alumni assoc. web site.
A troop website shows three persons getting what looks like a certificate
referred to in the caption as the "triple crown" award for attending all
three, see this link
http://www.bsatroop268.org/troop_268___timesDec2002WebPg.htm

Sounds like it may be advisable to contact the NT alumni assoc. for details.

Our council's High Adventure Committee had also recently heard of such an
award, but a search turned up nothing. It was first noticed in a Northern
Tier alumni newsletter, so our thinking is that is something offered
specifically by Northern Tier and not at a national level.

I have been told that BSA has a special award to any scout who has
attended all 3 of the National High Adventure Bases. Does anyone have any
info they can share on this as we have some boys who have been to all 3.
