Philmont will send out the food, if you package it, to the comisarries
where you will be normally picking it up your food along the way. Be
sure to notify logistics and services of your need. A fairly large
number of Philmont staff are vegetarian and get by OK. The veegans are
the ones who run into difficulties. Most of the suppers have the meat
in separate packages so that the herbavores can take their share
before it is added.

Personally, I consider it a bit ironic that vegetarians are going to
or working at a cattle ranch. There's always the grass they can graze
on :) (joking)
