When we did Trek #13, we did Clear Creek to Cyphers, over Mt. Phillips.
Plenty of time to do program...
Cyphers to Cimaroncito wasn't bad at all. We stopped at the Hunting Lodge,
then up to Cito. Left Cyphers at 8:30, had lunch in Cito, even doing the
tour at Hunting Lodge...

Subject: [Philmont]: Trail / Distance questions
To Philmont veterans.....
I'm looking for information on the following hikes:
Ponderosa Park, North Fork Urraca and other last night camps where you hike
over the Tooth back to base camp. How long a day are these and what can you
share about the trail on this (apparently) long day on the trail?
Trek #4 - Hiking from Clear Creek to Cyphers mine - does it go over
Phillips?
Mt. Phillips to Cimaroncito: Looks like a pretty lengthy day on the trail.
Anyone have information to share about this?
Thanks a lot....
