We were at high knoll crossing a hard moving stream that was waist high
about 30 foot across. I believe there is a BSA rule concerning this. It would be
in the orange safety book .I don't think we were in strict guidelines, but
had to do it.
We tied a rope between the 2 sides got our trunks on. Water shoes on. It
was an adventure. We were in a week of heavy rain so there were streams were
