Our guys enjoyed the burro racing. A good time was had by all. The
teams race against each other. They lead (drag, pull, push) a burro
over a course.

The horseback riding depends on how much you have ridden before. It is
about an hours ride (at least for us). It is a nose to tail trail ride
up a jeep road. The horses are reasonably well behaved.

Take every opportunity you can.
