When we were at Head of Dean 2.5 years ago, there was a crew passing
through that stopped for lunch and to do the challenge events. As long
as they have the staff and there aren't too many crews scheduled ahead
of you, you should be able to participate.
It wouldn't hurt to talk to the people in logistics when you are
checking in.
