As I recall, Northern Tier does something for full crews, too. I believe it was a credit at the trading post that amounted to about $5 or $6 per crew member. Nice gesture from the base.

Subject: [Philmont]: La Docena Adventurado
Looking through the packet that arrived today I found a sheet describing the "La Docena Adventurado" or The Adventurous Dozen award that will be given to full crews of 12. I don't remember seeing this in 2001 or 2003 so I am assuming that it is a new award. Looks like Philmont is trying to encourage full crews as the sheet states "If your crew has between 7 and 11 participants, consider asking someone to join your crew and share in the adventure". The award will be a special streamer. A little token, but still a good idea to encourage full crews.
