Pass through crews do the challenge course at HOD all the time. Just
make sure your crew plans their day to have enough time for it. Which
means they need to understand that they need to leave morning camp
early enogh to get there do the program and then be in that night's
camp at a reasonable hour.

Get all the program at Philmont while you can. Watch every sunset,
spend hours staring at the stars, catch a few sunrises.
