No, but crews "scheduled" to do programs will get priority over crews that
"drop by" and want to do program. That's only fair.

As far as fishing is concerned, there are several other places along the
Rayado where the fishing is better than Fish Camp as that camp gets a
whole lot of action through the program scheduled there.
