This is true, but by the time you get to the burros, you should have been sufficiently imbued with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle the proper disposal of the smellable:)

I'm not saying everyone should do this, but it worked for my crew at Harlan, and the scouts won, despite having another crew "steal" their faster burro after the first heat.

I suppose the argument could be made that no one should be running around with a stick, irrespective of whether it has peanut butter on it or not, because of the possibilities of injury if the scout should fall.
