Re: [Philmont]: Trek books on-line ? Why Not ?

While having a copy of TREKS online would be handy, this would simply create
an electronic copy of an already flawed paper system. Many times it's
better to start with a "clean piece of paper" when taking systems online. A
better approach might be to allow each crew to login to a website and
register their program preferences, including things like mileage and parts
of the camp they would like to visit. Then a lottery-type system could
match up crews with itineraries in some sort of "optimal" manner. Just my
$0.02 worth.
