[Philmont]: Carson Meadows

I know that Carson Meadows has been mentioned before, but it is hard to keep
up with all on this list. I'm also sure that my new maps will show it. The
old ones don't. Even listed as "dry" camp in some places. Help?? Thanks in
advance.
