On the other hand, one of my 2X Philmont trekkers, who was a Double H
Ranger this past summer, told me that it was routine for Crews to cancel
out just before their arrival, or simply not show up at all. He
indicated that the Double H Administrators were going to try and get a
better handle on this problem, this upcoming year.
