I attended a High Adventure Seminar locally this past weekend where Doug
Palmer, PSR Director of Prgram, was a speaker. Doug sez that is been a dry
winter and consequently he expects more bear activity this season then in
recent years (oh joy!). He didn't seem to concerned about fire ... but that
was before the Miami fire ...
