Look at the information at the end of every message you receive from the
list. It includes links where you can subscribe/ unsubscribe and where you
can manage your subscription.

I haven't done this in a while, but I think your three people will need to
go to the "subscribe/ unsubscribe" link, which takes them to the "Email
Discussion Lists" page on the usscouts.org site, which is the origin of this
list and a number of others. Scroll down to the "Philmont" list section and
click on the "subscribe/ unsubscribe" link there, which will bring up a page
where they will type in their names and email addresses to subscribe to the
list. Then, go back to the "Email Discussion Lists" page and the "Philmont"
section again and click on the "manage your subscription" link. This brings
up the "List Commands" page. In the "set the options for the specified
list" menu, select "enable digest for user." That should do it.
