I saw one kid last summer wearing one. As far as Philmont policy, I
don't think there's anything wrong with it, of course. He said he
wouldn't trade a steak dinner for that thing. Well, almost.

Subject: [Philmont]: Kilts

We've seen more and more guys hiking in kilts on the Appalachian
trail here in the east. Has anybody seen them at Philmont? Any thoughts
on youth wearing them. We've had one youth ask. He even ask if we could
have our crew picture done in kilts.
