I saw one person wearing a kilt in 2004. I would be very cautious
about the youth wearing a kilt. Make sure he does several practice
runs in it, to be sure he doesn't develop a rash. It might even be
better than pants, but it's wise to check it out first.

That would be an interesting picture. Get one for your ranger so
that you all match....
