[Philmont]: PTC Scholarship Money

A bit off subject, but someone asked me about the availability of any
scholarship money to help attend PTC? I know that our council doesn't have
anything like that (our campership funds are for youth only), but I
wondered if Philmont had any kind of funds? Any help would be appreciated.
