[Philmont]: Packet REC'D

GSLAC (Greater St Louis Area Council) Council contingent crews were notified to pick up their packets Thurs 3/16. Our Venture Crew met that night to finailze selections and card was dropped at a PO self-serve facility by 8PM same night. Our Troop, which went 05, did the same thing, and got email confiramtion back within two weeks. We expect the same.
