attached mail follows:
Philmont issues MP1 tablets, but also strongly recommends the use of water filters/purifiers. My questions for the collective experience are:
How important are filters/purifiers?
Are some water sources potentially contaminated with non-biological agents, e.g., pesticides or other nasties that MP1 can't "kill?"
How many take filters/purifiers?
If you did take, how did you use? In place of MP1, with MP1, or other circumstances?
Thanks,
Neal Osborn
