[Philmont]: Sending Trek Selection cards

FYI, a report from 630L6 on sending their postcard to Philmont:
TREKS received Thursday, 3/16, card was mailed Friday morning 3/17 in a mail cart at Advisor's workplace in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
They received e-mail confirmation Wednesday 3/22 - which is 5 days later, obviously including a weekend. Got their first choice (#22, by the way).
